Faith Life & Sacraments
Drawing strength from grace to live the Christian life
Our Parish has gathered the people of San Mateo in worship and in work of evangelization and service since 1863. We offer many opportunities for prayer and spiritual development through the celebration of Holy Sacraments, well-prepared Liturgies and Devotions which reflect the many cultures which make up our community.
St. Matthew's Parish provides life-long formation in Christ through a strong Catholic Grammar School and Catechetical Programs and emphasizes service to the poor and commitment to social justice.
